Design: Modern and Bold

The Hyundai Creta Electric features a sleek and bold design that retains the iconic look of the ICE variant while incorporating futuristic characteristics. It has vertically stacked Dual-Barrel LED headlights and associated LED daytime running lights (DRLs) for a distinctive front look. The pixelated front grille and Active Air Flaps improve both design and aerodynamics. The side profile is elegant, with 17-inch Aero Alloy wheels, while the rear features a black accent beneath the tailgate and pixel-style decoration on the bumper. The cockpit features a dual-tone interior, a drive selector knob, and two 10.25-inch screens for the instrument cluster and infotainment system, resulting in a technologically advanced driving environment.

Performance: Power and Range

In terms of performance, the Creta Electric comes in two variants to suit different needs. The Standard Variant features a 99 kW Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor, delivering 135 PS of power, paired with a 42 kWh battery that offers an ARAI-certified range of 390 km. The Long Range Variant boasts a more powerful 126 kW motor, generating 171 PS, and a 51.4 kWh battery that extends the range to 473 km. Charging the battery takes 4-5 hours with an 11 kW AC charger, while a DC fast charger can charge the battery from 10% to 80% in just 58 minutes, making it convenient for long drives.
