Vehicle Description
The Riddara RD6 is a modern Ute designed for both utility and style, underpinned by Geely’s advanced Multiplex Attached Architecture (MAP), derived from their Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA) platform, similar to the Zeekr X.
Performance and Battery
The Riddara RD6 gets a robust 200 kW Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor that churns out 272 PS at 384 Nm of torque. This epitome of power sends this RD6 to a top speed of 185 km/h, thus offering a dynamic drive experience. The powertrain of the RD6 is complemented by a 63 kWh battery. The maximum CLTC range is 385 km, appropriate for urban cruises and medium-range journeys. The model is charged efficiently: with the 7.2 kW AC charger, it takes 9.5 hours to get it fully charged, while via DC fast charging, it only takes 30 minutes to get from 30% to 80% battery.
Dimension, Suspensions and Wheels
The dimensions of the Riddara RD6 are truly grand: 5260 mm in length, 1900 mm in width, and 1865 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3120 mm. As expected, it makes a statement on the road while its ground clearance of 220 mm prepares it for any kind of terrain it may encounter. The front comes with a McPherson Strut, while at the rear, it has a Multi-Link, thus availing a perfect balance in ride quality and handling performance. Complementing its muscular design, the RD6 gets 17-inch multi-spoke aluminum alloy wheels matched with 225/55R17 tubeless tires to enhance the overall aesthetics and road grip.
Interior and Comfort
The cabin of the Riddara RD6 will welcome one to a premium SUV kind of ambiance, touting soft-touch materials and quite a well-thought-out design that marries comfort and functionality. Leatherette seats with detailed stitching and a leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel complete with a rather luxurious feel for the cabin. The interior is headlined by a 12.3-inch infotainment display that merges into the dashboard, matched to a 9-inch digital instrument cluster behind the steering wheel. Comforts include a panoramic sunroof, which bathes the cabin with light; dual-zone climate control, for individual comfort; and a 6-speaker sound system, ensuring an immersive audio experience.
Safety Features
This Riddara RD6 comes with all safety features to enhance the protection of both the driver and the passengers. It offers 4 airbags, anti-lock braking system and electronic brake assist, and also features an electronic stability program to retain control in dynamic driving conditions. Moreover, it has Traction Control, Hill Start and Descent Control to aid stability on slopes, and a smart i-Booster System that allows for optimal performance with every brake. Additionally, the RD6 is fitted with Level 2 ADAS, actually representing a 360-degree camera that provides all-around awareness and safety in different scenarios.
